Some questions you might have
What can I expect at a Sunday service?
Our Sunday gathering is centred around hearing God speak through his Word and responding in faith. You’ll have the opportunity to hear Bible teaching, pray, worship God, and meet others in community. Whether church is familiar to you or completely new, you’re welcome to come along.
Do I need to be an Anglican or a Christian to attend?
Not at all! You don’t need to be an Anglican, a Christian or have any previous church experience to visit Proclaim. If you’re curious about Christianity, exploring faith or simply looking to connect with the community around Clyde North and Cranbourne, we’d be delighted to welcome you!
Do I need to let you know I’m visiting?
Not at all! You’re welcome to simply come along to our Sunday service at 9:00am at Clyde Public Hall. There’s no need to let us know beforehand. Just come as you are. We’d love to welcome you!
How long is the service?
Our Sunday service starts at 9:00am and usually finishes around 10:20am. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for morning tea and a chat. It’s a great opportunity to get to know others and connect with the Proclaim community.
What should I wear?
Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You’ll see people dressed in everything from relaxed casual to a little more dressed up, so you won’t feel out of place! We’re more interested in welcoming you than in what you’re wearing.
Are children welcome at Proclaim?
Absolutely! We have many families with children of all ages, from young children to teenagers. We love being a church where people of all ages gather to hear God speak and respond in faith together. You can see more about our Kids ministry here.
Where do I park?
For our 9:00am service at Clyde Public Hall, there are two car parks, one on either side of the hall. Both include accessible parking bays. To get to the entrance, there are multiple wheelchair-accessible ramps. On-street parking is also available in the surrounding streets.
